An eye for an eye!! A tooth for a tooth!
I'm surrounded by fools! All thus consumed by madness!!
Well. The title's supposed to be the other way round, but I'm too wound up to care. JC life has been...an eye opener. You meet people with personalities you've never experienced before..my mom says it's good preparation for life in the world at large. We'll just have to see. In the meantime...I just have to open my eyes and learn from the masters. Ah...I'm rambling. Ugh.
Well...talking about my personal feelings have never been remotely entertaining...(I like people to think that I'm a boring person.) Hence, I shall spare you and feed you some more interesting news.
As I was saying the first sentence...well. It's self-explanatary. The following stories will show you why some members of Homo sapiens don't deserve the description "the only moral beings with sentinence". Emphasis on the words moral and sentinence. Human beings like to think that they're smart, and that they are the only ones with morals. Please!! I think human beings are just gas-filled bags of selfishness and greed. Not forgetting stupidity of course. (By the way, not all human beings are like that. Thank goodness.)
Story number one came from...my econs teacher. It's rather disturbing really, so if you have a weak heart, please. Go away. I don't want to be the cause of erm...heart attacks or strokes. Anyhow....it seems that kidney harvesting in Australia is somewhat on the rise...in nightclubs. Of all places. Apparently, people get drugged during their partying...wake up in a bathtub full of ice...with this message written on their chests..."Call *** right now or you will DIE." *** is the number of the hospital. So. These poor citizens, was seized with a panic fit, and of course they called the damn number. The people at the hospital erm....scarily, have already seen several such cases...asked him to check for a long scar down his back...and ya. He did have such a scar. They practically fell off their feet ordering to get back into the ice and STAY THERE until they sent help. Cos you know what?? Those sick perverts already harvested both his kidneys.
SEE?? That's what will happen if you can shop for organs. One kidney raked in about $10,000 dollars...
EEW. Totally sick stuff. See what I told you about being greedy?? And then there's the stupid part. Even the smartest people are guilty of being stupid. Take for example this real-life story. Happened in my school some more. It all began with my class and I walking along the corridor...when we spotted this pool of blood (really!! It WAS a pool. In fact, there were 3 pools.) on the staircase landing. With all the HODs standing by confering among themselves. I was thinking, 'WOW! So drama. And what's with the attendant person standing there leaning on the railing like he's gonna collect money for this bloody attraction." Okay. Very -.-" I know. But let us continue with the story.
The blood belongs to this guy who jumped down the staircase and bashed his head into the low ceiling beam. Incidentally, he's from the smartest class in his year. -.-" Still jump. Anyway...the story goes that he was chasing after his friend....tried to take a small jump off the staircase...and BAM! He hit the sign that says "Please mind your head". Talk about irony. And I think that's they sign on which someone wrote "OKAY." He had to be wheeled off in a gurney. Poor guy. He may not be as smart when he wakes up.
MAN! I sound rather insensitive. But I assure you, I fully symphatize with him okay!! =/
HAHAHAHA...anyway. Today was...shitty. Enough said.
