I know I know...nobody's gonna read this post, especially since the promos are just like an eyelash away...but yea. It's a destress thing.
I've just been blog hopping, and you know, just reflecting on how people change. For better or for worse, it doesn't matter. It's just....you thought you KNEW them. And in the short space of 9 months since you'd last spoke to them, they'd change drastically. Get a boyfriend, or a girlfriend...broke up, do stupid things...yada yada. Mind, I'm not complaining. It's just a little disconcerting...and me? I suspect I'll always stay the same. Same old same old...like my primary school teacher said. "Now, Florence is one girl that never changes. Except for her hair la." Haha...
PASSION!! Yea. If you people can believe it, I actually LIKE cooking. There's something very satisfying about messing about in the kitchen, banging pots and pans...cooking for loved ones...trying out weird combinations on a whim...perfecting the particular dish...but MY GOSH. Washing up SUCKS.
It's this hopelessly mundane task that I'll never manage to master. I have to wash everything at least twice before my mom declares the crockery in question fit for future meals. "SEE THIS SPECK of DIRT!!! WHY CAN'T YOU ALL WASH ONE TIME CLEAN CLEAN THEN SAVE SOAP, WATER AND EFFORT?!?!?!?" And for the life of me, I can never spot the felonious speck of incriminating dirt that sentenced me to another 10 mins of scrubbing. Talk about life. Bleagh.

Okay. This is the first post in....lemme see. 13 minus 5 is?? OH YA. 8 days. Please don't think I'm slacking from mugging for the promos okay?? I just felt a strong complusion to clarify a few issues.

ANYWAY. abit of an exaggeration la?? I merely didn't come for 1 and a half practices. Please hor. Then I came for the last one. OKAAY...I realise I sound quite grouchy. HAHAHa. I'm not angry okay marcus. But ya la. I'm not always free la. Then got all the nitty gritty stuff that my dad is prone to springing on us...

back to school.
YAY!!! I am so bliddy proud of myself. *smirks with self satisfaction* I totally revamped this blogskin on my own. OMG. Isn't that like smart?? Hahahaha...okay okay. SO it isn't the first time I've done it, but it's so damn bliddy nice!! In my opinion at least. Hahaha...nothing much to say really...just that I spent like half the afternoon making sure it's nice. :)

4S bbq!!
OMG. 4S class gathering was...successful and quite failure at the same time. The chicken wings were NICE!! But the class was kinda split up...but I should start from the beginning instead of careening around. All in all, there were 3 highlights of the day.
Highlight no. 1: I left my handphone in my tuition teacher's car. Panicked, fretted, and finally got it back, not without feeling embarassed, like shit, and a total ass.
Highlight no. 2: This is not really a highlight, more of an amusing entertainment. Walking with Jovin and Pinyi to a shop to buy drinks. It was a long walk from the pit. Any of you know JOVIN?? That just says everything. Hahaha. For the benefit of those who don't. We ended up screaming, shouting, hitting, laughing, and yes. Buying drinks. HA! Jovin is still the same old same old fat ass. Albeit a cuddly teddy bear like fat ass. I can't believe I've known him for 10 plus years without complaining more often. Pfffttsshh.
Highlight no. 3: At East Coast lagoon...drinking and eating and talking with ms lela. Who once used to be a teacher, but is now something more of a friend. Asking questions like : "So, Eric, have you smoked pot??" hilarious I tell you. Pot is SO illegal in Singapore. OF course he hasn't smoked pot. When she asked the question, we were all gobsmacked. Of course, she was joking. Thank goodness.
ANYWAY! For those frequent visitors of East Coast lagoon. Buy mango from the fruit stall. IT's hell of a delicacy. Sweet and juicy...after your palates have undergone the lagoon mango treatment, you'll never want to eat any other fruit after that.
