Tj tune-in
(: *smiles plastered all over my face* TJ tune in was shall we say,
GOOD. Read: better than expected. My last minute sudden improvement from one whole day of fervent practicing paid off, and I didn't embarrass myself in front of the pro. (: Which, of course, is ALWAYS a good thing. Kejian's sound is nothing short of jaw dropping, but he turned out to be a pretty nice guy. Just like kekang, which makes sense, considering the fact that they are
twins. Actually, it's rather disconcerting to see kekang's face but the body holding a flute. Hahahahah...
Anyway, my day started out with me going to school absurdly early, thanks to Wai Ngai who asked me to arrive half a freaking hour earlier. So...sat outside with Nicholas and Cheryl, eating jelly, which um, was not too bad, although the sago bits were crap.
Then kejian called me, and asked me to find them...cos they were
lost. o.O Dear Wai Ngai, who was their senior, conveniently forgot to answer his phone. So clever. (: Heh heh. And so, me being the kind senior, went to get them. Kejian came with Xingwen's
cousin CAN. @#$%^&*! I have to train myself to stop marvelling at how small the world is. Shocks shocks shocks. I'll die of shock eventually if I'm not careful. Anyway, Xingwen's cousin was pretty nice too. But he's damn damn damn damn
tall. *grumpy face* Hahahahha....Shing Wei, that's his name.
There were alot of pretty interesting people at the tune-in. There's this Siglap guy, Ashraf, saxophonist, who kept smiling and smiling....so I smile back lor. LOL! Then...there was this Elliot person, tenor sax, who apparently came from St Pats but transferred to TKSS. He talks EXACTLY like St. Pats people la. Then Xinling so excited. -.-"
And then there was this other girl from TKSS, flautist, Xin Yi, if i'm not wrong, who, apparently, has been playing the flute for 8 freaking years. o.O Pervert man... She's not bad la. Another flautist who came...this Matthew person, from Dunman band, dunno how good is he la. Couldn't hear him. He and kejian ah, aiyo! Cannot count!! I down there um chio until want to burst. But they were really nice people la...and considering the fact that they were sightreading the pieces, they're not too bad.
